Dave Sluka

General Manager

Dave directs the outbound sales and research contact engine functions of Caxton Growth Partners. A 25-year veteran of the industry and long time sales executive himself, Dave has managed demand generation initiatives of all kinds for organizations large and small. Most of his experience is in operations, including outbound telesales, hiring, coaching, training and project management of various campaigns. He has managed, and built from scratch, call centers and inside sales capabilities for various companies, managing teams in size from 10 to 350.

Dave has the rare combination of practical experience in outside sales, inside sales campaigns and sales management. He has excelled in campaign creation, execution and management. Leveraging state-of-the industry technologies and methodologies he has implemented, Dave directs the team towards continuously improving results from their sales and lead generation activities.
