The Caxton Growth Methodology is straightforward yet profound. Caxton Growth offers growing organizations professional external resources to solve problems, leverage opportunities, and help achieve strategic goals.

1. First, we analyze with your team the current realities of your business, including your overall strategic vision and growth objectives.

2. Then, define with you the desired future state of your situation, externally (the marketplace) and internally (the workplace). Caxton Growth employs a proprietary method aimed at helping it understand the "day-in-the-life" of these people.

3. Next, we identify the internal and external barriers preventing you from achieving your desired future state.

4. We then map out with you a detailed and actionable roadmap and tactical plan to eliminate those barriers, one by one.

5. Finally, we assist in the implementation of the roadmap, providing an experienced, in-the-trenches set of hands. Or, if you prefer, a watchful over-the-shoulder set of eyes.

6. And when it's time, we evolve the new process back into your business, and provide coaching and counsel to make everyone comfortable with the process.
