In January 2005, BakerER – one of
America’s fastest growing growth consulting businesses –
changed its name and re-launched as Caxton Growth Partners LLC.
Why the change?
In part, to better reflect in our name the evolving
strength and focus the company took on since its founding in 2001.
Though the company began as the employee relations consulting arm
of the legal services giant Baker & Hostetler LLP, customers
soon began to turn to BakerER for an ever widening array of services.
In response, we added professional expertise and technologies that
resulted in our emergence as one of the country’s premier
providers of strategic marketplace and workplace growth advisory
services.
This growth prompted us to assess our future strategically
in terms of the market environment and our customer’s constantly
changing needs. It became obvious that as BakerER continued to grow
we would need even more flexibility and autonomy to best serve our
clients. Thus, the company’s management team, with the support
and cooperation of Baker & Hostetler, formed a buyout group.
With the new ownership team in place BakerER was relaunched as Caxton
Growth Partners LLC.
Our new company opened its doors January 3, 2005,
with more than 100 customers across 32 states. All are served by
an elite team of highly capable and veteran consultants who continue
to deliver superior results and achieve high satisfaction ratings
from our clients--adjudged via 100% client satisfaction survey results
and a nearly 80% follow on engagement record.
Today, we continue to help emerging companies face
complex issues related to top and bottom line growth, with a focus
on attracting and retaining new customers and new employees. More
about our proven solutions in the areas of strategic growth, outsourced
sales, marketing strategy, technology implementation, employee relations,
outsourced recruiting, and regulatory compliance are outlined in
